Shipping & Returns
Fulfilment & Shipping Procedure:
- All orders are packed and shipped on a first come, first served basis.
- Orders placed before 10AM will generally be shipped same day. There are occasional exceptions during or after large promotions, though we will do our best to inform customers of any delays.
- Orders are picked up daily by 2PM and are in the hands of Australia Post until they reach their destination.
- Tracking numbers are assigned to each order once shipped. You should receive an email from us, as well as Australia Post with this information. Please contact us if you feel your item(s) should have shipped but haven't yet received your tracking number.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages & Returns:
- Nimbus Vapour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which are marked as delivered with Australia Post. We will do whatever we can to help resolve any issues with Australia Post, though you will also need to contact your local Post Office directly to resolve the issue.
- If the contents of your package are damaged or unusable, please contact us immediately with photographic proof of the item(s) in question. Replacements will be sent out free of charge at our discretion.
- Nimbus Vapour do not offer returns for change of mind or if a flavour is not to the customer's taste.
- All packages are sent via Australia Post.
- Western Australian residents should expect additional shipping time. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for Express Post to Metro WA, and 5 - 6 business days for Standard Post. Shipping times can take longer to regional areas.
- Packages sent via Express Post to any area outside Australia Post's express network are not guaranteed next day delivery.
- Lithium-ion batteries, including devices with in-built batteries, cannot be shipped via air. Any order including batteries will be shipped via Standard Post, regardless of the shipping method selected. Refunds will not be offered for shipping costs if this is overlooked.
